Earlier this week, I posted an article published in the New York Times about “The ‘Secret Sauce’ in Impossible Foods’ Burger Highlighting Challenges of Food Technology”. Imagine my dismay, when I learned of how base-less the article really was when Impossible Foods posted an open letter to the community (see https://goo.gl/vskbE6). Kudos to Impossible Foods for posting its unofficial correction to the article (https://goo.gl/m7q93u) clarifying/correcting the mistakes in the article. Why would a reputable outlet like the Times publish such nonsensical drivel that further promotes fear of food science and progressive companies?
