Kudos to @Ecover for the world’s largest rooftop greenhouse on their Chicago factory. I remember talking with their representatives at a trade show last year about how they were going to dedicate their factory rooftop to grow food for the residents of southside Chicago…and they have done it. The farm–at 75,000 square feet and bigger than a city block–is run by Gotham Greens
